"Apparently, there’s inappropriate username used for WM to login. Also, there’re different crypto modes (i.e. 128 bit, 64 bit and so on) and WM can not figure out wich to use. Anybody to help me in reversing this issue?"

I tried as well on my Intel AS4000-E NAS with no success.
Message on Resco Explorer 2008 says:
"Cannot map network path. Network resource cannot be found or you do not have a permission to access the network. Contact your network administrator".
I can map shared folders on Windows PCs without problems. I've just emailed Intel asking for infos... up to now, several hours of guessing and tries with no success.
Really frustrating.
Thanks anyway Shantanu, all the best.

@ergosteur: My instructions are for a linux PC. I'd also assume that samba shares on a mac should work the same way but I don't have a way to test it out as I don't have one.
